Student Experience

Hands-on industry experience through an internship (RHM 493) for 1-3 credits is a requirement for both the emphasis and certificate.

Students will determine and complete a special project during their internship (approved by the organization and the internship coordinator).

Students are required to meet with their internship coordinator one semester prior to enrolling in the internship class. This is a critical part of understanding the internship requirements and identifying unique interests to ensure ideal internship placement.
