Boise State University offers credentialed radiographers an opportunity to earn a campus-based Bachelor of Science Degree, with an emphasis in Computed Tomography. Applicants must possess a minimum of an AS or AAS degree from a regionally accredited institution and meet specific pre-requisite course requirements. Students must complete the appropriate Boise State foundational studies requirements, the class requirements of the major and meet all Boise State policies to be granted a BS degree.
Program Description
Courses specific to Computed Tomography are taught during the fall and spring semesters (spring semester subject change) of each year. The goals of the program are:
- To provide in-depth education and clinical experience necessary to prepare the student for the advanced level CT registry examination.
- To produce technologists who communicate appropriately, correlate patient history with protocol selection, review critical research, and critically assess situations as demanded by the profession
